Clear terms.
Responsible use.
These terms explain use of MPLOI's website, optional connected-account services and Browser Helper. They do not replace your organization's software license or customer agreement.
Effective and last updated: 11 October 2026
1. Who these terms cover
MPLOI.AI INC ("MPLOI," "we," "us") provides the website at www.mploi.ai and optional services supporting MPLOI deployments, including OAuth sign-in relays and Browser Helper. These terms apply when you use those offerings. Do not use them if you do not agree to the terms that apply to you.
Your existing agreement remains in control. A separately accepted software license, order, enterprise agreement, data-processing agreement or support agreement governs the subjects it covers and takes precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict. This page does not grant a new software license, change an agreed price, impose a new payment obligation, or replace an existing warranty or service commitment.
If you act for an organization, you must have authority to access its systems and perform the actions you authorize. If you do not have authority to accept terms for that organization, obtain the appropriate authorization before using the service on its behalf.
2. Authorized and lawful use
Use MPLOI only with data, accounts, infrastructure and third-party services you are entitled to access. You are responsible for the instructions you provide, the credentials and permissions you authorize, and compliance with applicable law and your organization's policies.
Do not use the offerings to obtain unauthorized access, steal credentials, distribute malware, harass others, unlawfully disclose personal information, infringe intellectual-property rights, defeat access controls, or interfere with the security or availability of another system. Do not misrepresent your identity or authority.
Keep account credentials and authentication devices secure. Notify your organization's administrator and, where relevant to MPLOI-operated services, info@mploi.ai if you suspect compromised access. Do not share passwords or private keys in prompts or support messages.
3. Your enterprise deployment
For a self-hosted deployment, your organization operates the environment and controls its users, access roles, connected systems, model providers, retention settings, backups and updates. You are responsible for configuring those controls appropriately and maintaining the rights needed to process the data supplied to the installation.
Agents can use enabled tools and can continue scheduled or unattended work on the server after a browser or mobile device is closed. Leaving a page or turning off a device is not a substitute for stopping a run, cancelling a schedule, or revoking access in the deployment.
Choose the scope and confirmation requirements for each tool deliberately. Review proposed commands, messages, file changes and other consequential actions before authorizing them. A policy or approval setting is not a guarantee that every instruction, integration or output is safe for your circumstances.
4. Microsoft and other connected accounts
An enabled connector acts with the permissions granted to the connected account and allowed by the deployment. For Microsoft 365, these can include Microsoft Graph access to profile information, mail, calendars, contacts, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint. Available operations depend on enabled tools, OAuth consent, tenant policy, provider availability and any required licenses. A description of a connector does not mean every operation is enabled or licensed.
Connect only accounts you control or are authorized to use. Read the provider's consent screen and obtain tenant-administrator consent when required. Authorizing a connector does not authorize every agent to use it or authorize an action outside your own rights. Third-party terms, policies and service limits continue to apply.
You may disconnect a connected account in MPLOI and review or revoke provider-side permissions through the provider's account or tenant controls. Disconnecting stops future use of that connection; it does not undo messages already sent, changes already made, or remove previously stored results from transcripts, logs or backups.
5. Browser Helper
Browser Helper allows an authorized MPLOI interaction to read and act in browser tabs you make available. It can transmit page text, interactive-element information and screenshots to your MPLOI installation, and actions may use the account already signed in on the website.
Share only tabs and information appropriate for the task. Check the destination, signed-in identity and effect before approving a submission, upload, message, payment, deletion or other consequential action. Pause or stop browser access when it is no longer needed. Browser Helper is not permission to bypass a site's terms or access restrictions.
Keep passwords, MFA responses, payment details and identity documents in the provider's secure workflow. Do not reveal them in chat. Screenshots and page content can contain sensitive information; use the deployment's policies and review what you make available.
6. AI output and data handling
AI-generated text, code, analyses and proposed actions can be incomplete or wrong. Verify important output against reliable sources and the actual system state. Outputs are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, security or other advice appropriate to the matter.
Local models can keep inference inside the deployment. Selecting a cloud model, online tool or external service can send relevant task content to that provider. Review those choices before supplying confidential, regulated or personal information. Configured data-loss prevention can mask detected values, but it does not replace lawful processing, access controls, or your review of sensitive information.
You retain your rights in the data you provide. This page does not transfer ownership of your data to MPLOI. You must have the rights needed for its use, and you remain responsible for the use of generated outputs and third-party material. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement.
7. Availability and service protection
The public website and optional online supporting services may be interrupted by maintenance, security issues, provider changes or outages. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular result through this general public page. Any separately agreed support, availability or warranty commitments remain in effect.
We may limit or suspend access to MPLOI-operated online services when reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security risk, a legal obligation or a material violation of applicable terms. Such restrictions do not by themselves erase data held in your self-hosted installation or override remedies in a separate customer agreement.
8. Intellectual property and applicable protections
MPLOI's software, website content and branding are protected by intellectual-property law and the licenses that apply to them. Use of this website or an OAuth connection does not grant rights to copy or redistribute the software or to imply an endorsement using MPLOI's name or logo. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and except for commitments in a separate agreement, the public website and optional supporting services are provided as available, without an additional guarantee of accuracy, fitness for a particular use or uninterrupted operation. Nothing here excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Commercial responsibilities, payment terms, warranties and remedies remain governed by your applicable agreement and law.
9. Changes and contact
We will publish material changes to these terms here and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite an existing customer agreement without the agreement or process it requires. Review the current terms before using a newly introduced offering.
For questions about these terms or the offerings they cover, contact MPLOI.AI INC at info@mploi.ai. For access to or deletion of data in your organization's MPLOI installation, contact that installation's administrator. See the Privacy Policy for further data-handling information.
